Cosmetic tattooing is semi-permanent and typically lasts around 1–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and the treatment performed. Results will gradually soften and fade over time.
Numbing cream is used throughout to keep you comfortable, most people say it's quite relaxing!
Your first appointment generally takes around 1-2 hours. This includes a consultation, mapping/design, colour selection and the tattooing treatment itself.
Yes. A perfecting session is recommended around 4-8 weeks after your initial appointment once your fully healed. This allows us to perfect the shape, colour and any areas that may have healed lighter than expected.
A consultation isn’t always required, but it is recommended if you have questions or are unsure which treatment is best for you.
First 7-10 days
- Keep the treated area clean, dry, and untouched
- Apply a thin layer of aftercare 3-5 times a day (this is provided for you)
- Expect redness, swelling, and darker colour initially — this is normal
- Do not pick, scratch, or rub the area
- Avoid makeup, skincare, direct water exposure in the shower, swimming, saunas, sweating, and sun exposure until healed
- Avoid intense exercise and heat during healing
- Do not use actives (retinol, acids) on the area until fully healed
- Healing may include flaking or scabbing — allow this to fall away naturally
- Results may appear uneven during healing and will soften over time
